At Mop Mob Cleaning Services, we like to keep things simple – no surprises, no hidden fees.

When Do I Pay For My Cleaning?

For one-time cleans, payment is due after the service is completed. For recurring cleans, we can set up a regular billing schedule that works best for you.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We're currently accepting e-transfer or cash. 

How Do You Calculate The Price?

Quotes are based on the size of your space, the type of clean (standard, deep, move-out, etc.), and any add-on services you request. You’ll always know the cost upfront – no surprises.

Do I Need To Pay A Deposit?

For most standard bookings, no deposit is required. For larger or special projects, we may ask for a small deposit to secure your date.

Mon - Fri: 8am - 8pm
​​Saturday: 9am - 6pm
​Sunday: 9am - 5pm

 

*We’re a nurse-led crew, so our cleaning hours flex a little week-to-week. Don’t worry – we’ll always work with you to find the perfect time!
